History
Exact documented history of this breed is not known, but some believe that the Peekapoo is an inadvertent cross between the Poodle and the Pekingese dog. Soon this breed became a worldwide favorite because of their cute and innocent personality.

Temperament & Personality
Teacup Peekapoos are not very comfortable with strangers and may bark at them. They are very protective of their family and will growl if they sense a possible threat. These mini dogs often bite humans and other animals but are extremely loyal to their family and the owner. They love the company of children and usually cuddles up on the lap of their loved ones.
Also being a companion dog, it might suffer from separation anxiety if left alone for a prolonged period. This breed also has a chewing habit and might chew little things in the house. This breed is an apartment dog which loves to stay most of the time indoors.
