They are self-sufficient, independent and they tend to hunt for their food. This aptitude increases their prey drive, intelligence level and provides them robust survival dispositions. But with proper training, they can be loving, loyal and best companion dogs. Due to its guarding instinct, it is naturally protecting its property. It is very suspicious of strangers and stay very reserved. They do well with a consistent, patient and experienced owner who has excellent dog behavior knowledge.
